General Comment List|
The General Comment List Report displays each comment for a student in a class by date. The comments are entered using the
screen. Parents and the student can access the list of comments by clicking the Comments tab in the student/parent view. Parents and the student do not see comments if you have not clicked on the check box next to the "Let students and parents see this comment" statement in the Student Comments screen. In addition, they do not see or have access to other classes or students.
If you want to run a report of General Comments for all students, use the
Student Grading Summary
report with just the General Comments and List All Students options selected.
