Communicate The Communicate screen lets you send custom emails to groups of students and parents who are in classes that are active or have closed within the last 45 days. For example, you can send an email to all the parents in your math classes. Students and parents may enable or disable email messages from MyGradeBook. The Communicate screen will indicate any students or parents who have disabled email messages. The Communicate screen is not the only screen that can send emails. The Grades Updated and New Quiz Notice screens can also send emails. |
