Group Teacher Rosters|
If your group is using the Integration tab,
you can use this screen to download a spreadsheet, print a report, or just view rosters for the courses being taught by you teachers.
When you click the save button and data is found, you will see the report on the screen. In addition, there will be a green link named
"Download the spreadsheet" that you can click on and you can also hold your mouse over the Print link near top middle of the
screen and choose to print in HTML or PDF format.
There are four optional fields you can use to restrict the output from this report.
- Minimum Section Start Date: Enter a value in this field if you do not want to include sections that started before a specific date.
- Minimum Section End Date: Enter a value in this field if you do not want to include sections that end after a specific date.
- Single Teacher ID: Enter a value in this field to only see data for a specific teacher.
- Single Course ID: Enter a value in this field to only see data for a specific course number.
