The My Diagnostic Tests report is available through the Home tab (My Diagnostic Tests link) and the Reports tab. This screen displays the various sets of Diagnotic quizzes that you have obtained.

The My Diagnostic Tests report provides you with the title of the set of Diagnotic quizzes you obtained, along with links to view a sample quiz from your set of Diagnotics. If you would like to review all of the quizzes in your set of Diagnotics, click on the View Quizzes link.
